Job summary

Five Below, Inc. is seeking an energetic hourly crew supervisor to lead store associates and ensure exceptional customer service. You will train the team, oversee daily operations, and assist with stock receiving and merchandising in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least a high school diploma and 1 year of management experience. Strong communication, multitasking, and composure under pressure are essential. Flexible schedule and on-site work are expected.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and think creatively.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal interaction and fast, friendly checkout.
• Trains crew on customer service best practices.
• Oversees daily activity of store associates and ensures performance.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking items for quick placement.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, handling store operations and staff issues.
• Manages opening/closing procedures including cash, doors, alarms.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and ops.
• Drives sales and controls expenses by improving merchandising and service.
• Collaborates with store leadership on merchandising and recovery.
• Maintains cleanliness and stockroom organization.
