Job summary

Five Below seeks a store leader to oversee daily operations, supervise crew, and deliver a WOW customer experience at the point of sale. You will train associates, manage opening and closing duties, and partner with leadership to drive sales.

This hourly role requires a high school diploma, prior management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment. Starting wage is $13 per hour with opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and ensures a fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates to maintain high service standards.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking for quick shelf placement.
• Acts as Manager on Duty and oversees store operations and staff.
• Manages opening/closing duties, including cash handling and security.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates to improve performance.
