Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Texas LLC is seeking a Third Keyholder to provide exceptional customer service, assist customers with merchandise selection, and efficiently complete sales transactions. You will support store operations, help the Store Manager with daily activities, maintain inventory, and assist with deliveries and replenishment while keeping the store clean and presentable.

In the absence of the Store Manager, you may be responsible for opening or closing, overseeing store conditions,

Qualifications

• Education: Prefer completion of high school or equivalent.
• Experience: Prefer management experience in retail, grocery or drug store environments.
• Availability: Ability to work flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Physical: May be required to lift up to 40 lbs. (and up to 55 lbs. occasionally).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection and locating items.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Maintain a clean, stocked store and support store operations.
• Assist Store Manager with daily activities and opening/closing duties.
• Support deliveries, replenishment, inventory control, and asset protection.
