Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Part-time Key Lead for Potomac Mills, Woodbridge, VA. The role supports store leadership, coaches Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and drives daily sales through customer experience.

Responsibilities include opening/closing, POS operation, and visual display maintenance, with emphasis on brand standards and stock control. Availability on weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Experience in leading groups or teams is a plus.
• Maintain strong customer focus and exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Clear communication and knowledge of fashion trends.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate register/POS systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
