Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to deliver a quality in-store experience.

You’ll supervise opening/closing routines, operate the POS, fulfill omni-channel orders, and ensure brand standards on the floor. You’ll build visual displays, analyze sales data to inform decisions, protect store assets, and represent the Abercrombie culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required; leading groups preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines on the floor.
• Operate register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill Omni Channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Represent the Brand and exemplify company culture and values.
• Schedule variability including weekends and holidays.
