Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch is seeking a Part-Time Key Lead in Virginia Beach to supervise on the sales floor and support daily store operations. You will coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, drive customer experience, and help achieve daily sales targets.

Responsibilities include opening/closing routines, POS operation, omni-channel order fulfillment, maintaining visual displays, and protecting store assets. Strong communication and fashion sense are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/ G.E.D. preferred, or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory experience is not required; leading teams is preferred.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Energetic, outgoing, and assertive.
• Adaptable, flexible, and able to balance multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the Brand and embody company culture and values.
