Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to support store leadership, coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure outstanding customer experiences and smooth daily operations on the sales floor.

Responsibilities include opening/closing routines, POS operation, omni-channel order fulfillment, product knowledge, visual displays, and asset protection to drive store performance and brand values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required but leadership potential valued.

Responsibilities

• Open and close routines.

• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive sales.
