Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure an excellent in-store experience. You will lead daily sales efforts, maintain visuals, and coach the team to deliver exceptional customer service on the floor.

The role emphasizes strong communication, energy, adaptability, and a focus on brand standards while supporting store performance and inventory control.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required; leadership of groups preferred.
• Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Open and close routines.
• Operate register/POS systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
