• Proficiency with store tech and devices (registers, handheld devices, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and model customer experience leader (CEL) behaviors.
• Maintain store standards and complete open/close tasks.
• Participate in inventory-related activities and omni-channel duties.
• Address customer and associate concerns and escalate as needed.
• Support coaching and training of associates.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Store Manager.
