Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. in Waukesha, Wisconsin is seeking a Storage Customer Service Representative to be the face of our storage centers and assist customers with unit tours, rental terms, and contracts. The role includes maintaining a clean, secure site and helping customers with their storage needs.

This part-time position offers on-the-job education, benefits where eligible, and opportunities for advancement within a supportive team at U-Haul locations.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Available to work on weekends and holidays.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and assist in a retail/warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

• Support the site manager with facility operations.
• Answer phone inquiries from active and prospective customers.
• Show storage units, explain the terms of rental agreements and prepare rental contracts.
• Perform general routine property cleanup and minor repair work.
• Ensure that all vacant storage units are clean, dry, secure and available for new customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
