Ascend Staffing is seeking a Part-Time Staffing Coordinator in Colorado. You will recruit, interview, onboard, and manage employees sent to work, with daily contact with general managers and customers.

The position supports operations with phone and in-person interactions, scheduling, and HR-related tasks. The role requires PC proficiency, exceptional communication, record-keeping, and the ability to build relationships.

Qualifications

• Must have good computer skills and ability to use MS Word, Excel, email effectively.
• Excellent communication skills (phone, in person, email, social media).
• Strong record-keeping abilities.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Ability to prioritize urgent tasks as needed.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must pass drug and background check.

Responsibilities

• Screen, interview, hire, and onboard field employees using the company ATS (training provided).
• Use social media, job boards, and recruiting tools to find candidates and schedule interviews.
• Collaborate with Branch Manager to set weekly goals and achieve them.
• Complete new hire paperwork for field employees.
• Build and maintain relationships with branch clients.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
• Show attention to detail and multitask effectively.
• Ensure reliable on-site attendance is maintained.
