Job summary

Moving Mountains Hospitality is seeking a Part Time, Seasonal HR Staffing Coordinator to support our winter hiring at Steamboat Springs, CO. This hands-on role focuses on recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and employee support for seasonal team members.

You must be on-site to assist with immediate staffing needs and provide exceptional first-day experiences for new hires. Working 8-18 hours weekly, you’ll collaborate with the HR team and managers across locations to keep hiring and onboarding

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Dependability, accurate scheduling, confidentiality, independence.
• Proven experience as an HR Assistant or similar HR/administrative role.
• Willingness to assist in any role during peak times.
• Highly responsible, reliable, and collaborative attitude.
• Proactive problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
• Very responsive, action and solution oriented, listens to team needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintains accurate HR records and information.
• Enter and update employee data and statuses.
• Coordinate on-site HR projects (meetings, training, surveys).
• Schedule interviews, onboarding, training, and related activities.
• Protect confidentiality of HR information.
• Communicate with employees and resolve queries promptly.
• Support on-site employee needs and onboarding logistics.
