Job summary

Transdev North America in Colorado Springs is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support full-cycle recruiting and HR duties. You will handle applications, interviews scheduling, onboarding, and employee records, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years HR experience, a high school diploma, and solid Microsoft Office skills. The role emphasizes safety, customer service, and flexibility with shifts in a no-remote environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of Human Resources experience.
• College coursework in a related field preferred.
• Computer literate with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
• DOT drug testing and physical may apply per policy.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruiting responsibilities including reviewing new applications, scheduling & hosting interviews, and hiring candidates through Jobvite.
• Create and maintain employee files and onboarding paperwork.
• Payroll and leaves of absence management including FMLA tracking.
• Educate employees on benefits provided.
• Maintain HR training topics for staff.
• Background checks and E-Verify compliance.
• Support internal and external transfer requests.
