Qualifications

• Candidates must have reliable transportation and be comfortable traveling throughout North Alabama.
• Occasional evening and weekend availability may be required.

Responsibilities

• Review candidates
• Conduct interviews and hire qualified employees
• Coordinate onboarding and train new team members
• Visit customer locations as scheduled for inspections
• Provide occasional hands-on cleaning coverage when employees are unavailable
