Learfield is seeking a part-time Associate Coordinator to support on-campus operations for one of our Sports Properties. This role is critical to delivering on our partnership commitments and supporting game day execution, sponsorship fulfillment, and administrative operations.

• Experience in customer service or event support preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with data entry systems.

Responsibilities

• Support on-campus operations and gameday execution.
• Assist with sponsorship fulfillment and displays.
• Prepare proposals and presentations using PowerPoint.
• Maintain reporting and data entry in proprietary systems.
• Provide general office and administrative support.
• Assist with gameday program sales.
