Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or 60 college credit hours required at time of hire OR pass the ParaPro Test provided by the district free of charge
• 6 months experience with preschool children
• Preferred: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience with IEP goals and data collection is a plus

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 or small group instruction aligned to IEP goals under teacher supervision
• Assist in developing instructional materials and maintaining classroom
• Monitor data related to academic and behavioral goals
• Modify curriculum to meet individual learning needs
• Support students with daily living activities and health care tasks as needed
• Assist with transitions across campus and supervision during activities
