Four Seasons Westlake Village seeks a Spa Guest Services Agent to warmly welcome guests, provide treatment information, and drive smooth spa experiences. You will handle check-ins, guide bookings, and answer questions on services and pricing to ensure an exceptional guest visit.

The role requires strong organization, excellent English communication, 40 wpm typing, and a customer-focused attitude. Prior hotel experience is a plus, with legal US work authorization required.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a busy hotel setting.
• Experience with hotel operations and guest services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests to create seamless spa experiences.
• Inform guests about services, classes, packages, spa therapies and pricing.
• Check guests in/out and handle billing for services rendered.
• Book reservations and coordinate details with accuracy and timeliness.
