The role requires strong organization, excellent English communication, 40 wpm typing, and a customer-focused attitude. Prior hotel experience is a plus, with legal US work authorization required.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a busy hotel setting.
• Experience with hotel operations and guest services is preferred.

About The Role

Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village is seeking Spa Guest Services Agent to join our dedicated and dynamic team! Assist our guests in creating seamless and memorable spa experiences. The Spa Guest Services Agent proactively welcomes guests, is knowledgeable about treatments, products and services offered as well as pricing, and scheduling.

What You Will Do

• Facilitate a seamless guest experience in an efficient, friendly and warm manner.
• Responsible for greeting guests upon arrival, providing tours of facility.

Checking guests in/out and handling billing for services performed in an efficient manner.

• Inform guests on all aspects regarding the services, classes, packages, spa therapies and medical treatments to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
• Answer phones quickly and efficiently. Coordinate details of each and book guests' reservations in a proficient and timely manner.
• Accountable for completing thorough and timely follow through with a focus on detail.

What You Bring

• Oral and written proficiency in the English language
• A superior sense of organization and ability to prioritize in a busy environment
• Ability to type at least 40 words per minute
• Patience
• Preferred previous hotel and computer knowledge
• The ability to recognize repeat guests by name who visit the Spa
• The ability to have strong communication skills between co-workers and guests
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
