Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village is seeking a Temporary Spa Attendant to join our team. The role emphasizes attention to detail, organized work, and delivering a pristine spa environment while engaging with guests in a serene setting.

Qualifications

- Six months experience in housekeeping or related field.
- Ability to communicate in English and provide guest service.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
- Know-how to use appropriate cleaning chemicals responsibly.
- Must have legal work authorization in the United States.

Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village is seeking a Temporary Spa Attendant to join our dynamic and uplifting team. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a passion for maintaining a pristine and inviting spa environment. The ideal candidate will enjoy engaging with guests, answering their questions, and delivering an unparalleled level of service in a serene setting.
- Set-up and maintain spa including refreshments, locker rooms, pre-treatment area.
- Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolve customer complaints; assist customers in all inquiries in connection with spa services.
- Assist guest to their appointments as they relate to the Spa services.
- High school degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Six months previous experience working in housekeeping or a related field
- The ability to have oral proficiency in the English language
- The ability to have attention to detai
- The ability to know which chemicals to use for what areas
- Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
- Hourly Range: $21.70
