Kiehl's Since 1851 in Austin, TX is seeking a Keyholder to join our store leadership team and support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer experiences and sales results.

You will lead by example on the sales floor, drive store performance, manage opening/closing procedures, and help train new team members while upholding the brand image and standards of service. This role offers growth within L'Oreal's retail network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis; no immigration sponsorship.
• Experience in retail, cosmetics and customer service; prior keyholder experience preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills; basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including 2 closing shifts per week and 2 full weekends per month.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. regularly.
• Bilingual abilities (Spanish or Mandarin) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example as a role model for the team and deliver excellent customer service.
• Help drive store sales and execute short and long-term business strategies.
• Manage opening/closing procedures and maintain the store's visual presentation.
