You will help train staff, manage open/close procedures, and ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand guidelines. The position requires weekend availability and strong communication.

Qualifikationen

• Retail and/or cosmetic experience preferred.
• Prior key holder experience preferred.
• Customer service experience required.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Analytical and basic computer skills required.
• Must be willing to work 2 closing shifts per week and 2 full weekends per month.
• High School Diploma or GED required; 18+ years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis.

• Assist Store Manager in achieving store sales goals and personal targets.
• Provide superior customer service and develop repeat business.
• Execute short and long term plans to support store strategy.
• Maintain product and brand image presentation and store cleanliness.
• Open and close procedures and staff training as needed.
