ZP Connect is expanding its interpreter team for flexible 12-hour-per-week roles across video and on-site assignments. We seek fluent ASL and spoken English interpreters with strong interpreting skills, able to travel as required and to complete mandated training.

Interpreters will work under the Communication Center Manager, providing high quality services through video in a call center and at customer locations. Telehealth benefits and flexible scheduling are available.

Qualifications

• Fluent ASL and spoken English required.
• Three to five years interpreting experience preferred.
• State licensure or credentials as applicable.
• Must pass interpreting skills assessment.
• Must complete 40 hour New Hire Training.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality video relay, video remote interpreting, and on-site interpreting.
• Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism and respect.
• Maintain punctuality and preparedness for shifts and accurate records.
• Adhere to policies, FCC regulations, and NAD-RID Code of Professional Conduct.
• Travel as needed and adapt to new technologies.
