ZP Connect seeks skilled Sign Language Interpreters for flexible, 12-hour-a-week shifts (averaged over a 6-week cycle). Interpreters provide high-quality ASL-English interpreting via video and on-site at client locations.

Fluency in ASL and spoken English, adherence to NAD-RID Conduct, and strong professional communication are essential. Position includes Telehealth plan, flexible scheduling, and benefits such as 401(k) with employer match and EAP.

Qualifications

• Fluent ASL and English interpretation required or expected.
• Ability to interpret accurately across video, on-site and call-center contexts.
• Understanding of Deaf culture and professional conduct standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality ASL-English interpreting via video relay, video remote interpreting, and on-site as needed.
• Deliver professional, courteous service and model company values in all interactions.
• Maintain punctuality, preparation for shifts, and accurate record keeping.
• Follow FCC regulations and NAD-RID Code of Professional Conduct.
