Responsibilities

• Stand at front of the store and greet customers entering or exiting with a warm smile and loud, friendly greeting
• Monitor the entrance and assess surroundings to reduce opportunities for theft and maintain a secure environment
• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious subjects to the Manager on Duty
• Assist in training associates on shortage reduction programs and promote safety practices
