Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Shortage Control Associate for our Augusta location. You will help protect a secure shopping environment while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a confident presence at store entrances and exits.

You will engage with customers and colleagues in line with our values, greet every visitor, and stay vigilant to prevent theft and improve overall safety. Training and teamwork are emphasized in this role.

Formación

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention or Operations is preferred.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time and visually monitor store environment.
• Flexible schedule required, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor store entrances/exits and high‑risk areas to reduce theft opportunities.
• Greet every customer entering or exiting with a warm, confident greeting and maintain eye contact.
• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious behavior to the Manager on Duty.
• Support training of associates on shortage reduction programs and safety practices.
