Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or operations preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and monitor the store environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and show a positive demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the entrance and high-risk areas to reduce theft and create a secure environment.
• Greet customers with a warm smile and loud, friendly greeting at every interaction.
• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty.
