Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in delivering store execution and customer service excellence. You will lead the store staff in the absence of a manager, ensure opening and closing procedures are completed, and help drive consumer loyalty.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage the store in coordination with store management and crews to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist customers with questions and problems, promote the CVS customer service culture, and maintain confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute displays and inventory per weekly promotions and seasonal plans.
