CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Ohio to support the Store Management team. The role emphasizes driving store execution, customer service excellence and loyalty while the manager is away.

You’ll lead staff, ensure smooth operations, and complete opening/closing tasks. Qualifications include deductive reasoning, analytical and strong communication and supervision skills, plus flexibility to work mornings, overnights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills.
• Strong communication and supervision abilities.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager or supervisor is onsite.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed accurately.
• Supervise crew through assigning, directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions and resolve complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet customers.
• Maintain customer confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves.
• Execute displays, signage and inventory for weekly and promotional merchandise.
• Reset departments following planograms.
