Job summary

CVS Health in Mason, Ohio is seeking a Part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team and drive store execution with a focus on customer service. When managers are not onsite, the Shift Supervisor leads the staff and ensures opening and closing procedures are completed.

The role requires strong deductive reasoning, analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends.

• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Manage the store in the absence of a manager, ensuring smooth operations.
• Supervise the store crew by assigning, directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
