Job summary

CVS Health in Ohio is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store operations and drive customer service excellence. You will assist the store management team, supervise crew, and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed, while maintaining a welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, handling customer questions, stocking and merchandising, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning, analytical skills and computer skills are required.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills are required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including some early mornings, overnights, weekends; overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Management: Work with store management and crews, supervise tasks, communicate effectively.
• Customer Service: Assist customers, promote CVS service culture, handle complaints, maintain confidentiality.
• Merchandise/Presentation: Price merchandise, stock shelves, manage displays and inventories, reset departments as needed.
