CVS Health is seeking a Part-time Shift Supervisor in Ohio to support the CVS Store Management team. You will drive store execution, supervise staff in the absence of a manager, handle customer inquiries, and uphold CVS customer service standards.

The role emphasizes ensuring opening/closing procedures, merchandising, and maintaining a positive shopping experience for customers while adhering to policy and confidentiality guidelines.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate with store management and crews to drive store execution.
• Supervise crew activities by directing and following up on tasks.
• Communicate effectively with management and crews.
• Assist customers and resolve questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet customers.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and handle relations per policy.
• Merchandise, price, stock shelves, and manage displays and inventories.
