Job summary

You will engage customers, resolve questions or issues, promote the CVS customer service culture, and assist with merchandise presentation, pricing, and stock management to support sales and loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Support CVS Store Management in driving store execution and performance.

• Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays; maintain planograms and seasonal changes.
