Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team and help drive store execution and customer service. You will lead staff in the absence of a manager, ensure opening and closing procedures are completed, and maintain smooth store operations.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and analytical skills are required.
• Strong communication and supervision abilities are essential.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, overnights, weekends and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store staff when no manager is present.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Communicate effectively with management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and positive shopping experiences.
• Maintain customer confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves.
• Execute displays and seasonal inventories.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs).
