Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and performance, ensuring open/close procedures are completed and customer service remains top priority.

In this role you will lead staff when management is unavailable, resolve customer inquiries, and help manage merchandising and displays across the store. This position offers a friendly, safety‑minded workplace with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.
• Experience as a retail supervisor (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute displays and inventory maintenance.
