Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in executing store operations and driving performance. You will lead the team in the absence of a manager, ensure opening/closing procedures are completed, and help maintain excellent customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Management: Work effectively with store management and crews; supervise the store's crew by directing and following up on activities; communicate information to and from management and crews.
• Customer Service: Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture; handle customer relations per policy; maintain confidentiality.
• Merchandise/Presentation: Price merchandise; stock shelves; manage displays and inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal items; reset departments following planograms.
