Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise the crew through assigning, directing, and following up on activities.
• Assist customers, resolve issues, and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain stock, price merchandise, and reset departments following promotional plans.
