Job summary

CVS Health in Middletown, MD is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in executing store operations and delivering excellent customer service. You will supervise staff, ensure smooth opening/closing duties in manager’s absence, and help maintain merchandise and displays while promoting CVS customer service culture.

Qualifications

Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

Supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities.
Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
Promote CVS customer service culture—greet, offer help, and thank customers.
Handle customer relations issues per company policy to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
Price merchandise and stock shelves.
Execute displays, signs and inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
Maintain off-shelf merchandise and reset departments following planograms (POGs).
