Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor in Middletown, NY to support the Store Management team and drive store execution. You will lead the staff in the absence of a manager, ensure smooth operations, and oversee opening and closing procedures to maintain service quality.

You will help customers, handle inquiries and complaints, and promote CVS customer service standards. The role includes merchandising, stock management, and seasonal displays to support store goals.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Experience as a retail supervisor is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager or Operations Supervisor is onsite and ensure completion of opening/closing procedures.
• Supervise the store crew by directing and following up on activities and communicate with management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints while promoting CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain merchandise presentation, price merchandise, stock shelves and execute weekly/promotional displays.
