Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store management and ensure smooth operations while delivering excellent customer service. This role leads staff in the absence of a manager, supervises tasks, and coordinates opening and closing procedures to maintain store standards.

You will work with teams to price merchandise, stock shelves, and reset departments following planograms, while addressing customer needs and maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Supervise store staff and coordinate activities.
• Assist customers and resolve issues per policy.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves; manage displays and inventories.
• Reset departments following POGs.
