Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service. When managers are offsite, you lead the staff, ensure opening and closing procedures are completed, and maintain a safe, friendly shopping environment for every customer.

You will supervise crews, merchandise displays, price merchandise, stock shelves, reset departments per planograms, and communicate effectively with management.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and analytical skills required.
• Excellent communication and supervision abilities.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when managers are offsite and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Assist customers and resolve questions or complaints to promote a positive shopping experience.
• Manage merchandising tasks: price merchandise, stock shelves, and reset departments per planograms.
