Job summary

CVS Health in Middletown, CT is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team, drive store operations, and build customer loyalty through excellent service.

This role covers opening and closing procedures, supervising staff, handling customer questions, stocking shelves, pricing, displays, and maintaining confidentiality. Anticipated 20 hours weekly with benefits where eligible.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including mornings, overnights and weekends.
• Strong communication and supervisory abilities are required.
• Proficient in basic computer skills and data entry.
• Retail supervisor experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support store management to drive store execution and performance.
• Lead staff when management is absent and ensure opening/closing procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve questions or complaints.
• Assist with merchandising, pricing, stocking, displays, and inventory.
