Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team, drive store execution, and deliver excellent customer service at CVS/pharmacy. The role ensures openings/closings when a manager is not onsite and leads staff to maintain smooth operations and a positive shopping experience.

The position emphasizes customer service, merchandising, confidentiality, and teamwork, with a flexible schedule including early mornings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations and support CVS Store Management
• Supervise the store’s crew and assign/direct activities
• Communicate information effectively between management and crews
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet/help customers
• Maintain customer confidentiality
• Price merchandise and stock shelves
• Execute displays, signs and inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise
• Reset departments following POGs
