Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team and drive store execution with a focus on customer service. In the absence of a manager, you will lead the store staff and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.

Responsibilities include supervising crews, merchandising, and maintaining a positive shopping experience while protecting customer privacy. The role offers 15 hours per week with competitive pay and benefits for eligible part-time

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and analytical abilities.
• Strong communication and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when managers are not onsite.
• Ensure store operations run smoothly and complete opening/closing procedures.
• Supervise store crews and communicate with management and staff.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage displays.
• Reset departments following POGs.
