Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in execution and performance. You will lead staff when managers are not onsite, ensure opening/closing procedures are completed, and help build consumer loyalty through excellent service.

The role emphasizes customer relations, merchandising, price setting, stock management and adherence to company policies. Relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist store management in driving store execution and performance.
• Supervise the store crew, directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate information effectively to and from management and crews.
• Help customers with questions or complaints and promote service culture.
• Price, stock and merchandise displays; maintain planogram compliance.
• Reset departments following planograms and seasonal priorities.
