Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service excellence at CVS/pharmacy. When managers are not onsite, you lead the crew and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.

You will supervise daily operations, assist customers, maintain presentation, and help build loyalty through positive service while protecting confidentiality and safety.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability and analytical skills required.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills expected.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager is onsite and ensure smooth operations.
• Supervise activities and communicate with management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions and resolve complaints per policy.
• Maintain merchandising, price items, stock shelves, and reset departments per Planogram.
