Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in Massachusetts. You will help drive store execution, ensure opening/closing procedures, and maintain strong customer service to build loyalty. In the absence of management, you lead the staff and ensure smooth operations.

The role emphasizes supervision, communication, merchandising, and problem-solving to enhance customer experience. Part-time hours with benefits eligibility are offered.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints to promote CVS customer service culture.
• Supervise crew by directing and following up on activities; communicate with store management and crews.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves; execute weekly, promotional, and seasonal displays.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs) and maintain store presentation.
