Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Massachusetts to support the store management team in driving store execution and performance. In the absence of a manager, you will lead staff, ensure opening/closing procedures are completed, and maintain a high standard of customer service.

You will supervise crew, handle customer questions and complaints, and keep displays and pricing up to date. This part-time role offers benefits and requires a flexible schedule, including mornings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and analytical skills; comfortable with basic computer use.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to supervise and direct others.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, overnight shifts, weekends; ability to respond to urgent store needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of management to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price and stock merchandise; manage displays, POS and inventory tasks.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed when needed.
