Responsibilities

• When no manager or Operations Supervisor is onsite, the Shift Supervisor leads the store staff and ensures opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise the store crew by assigning, directing and following up on all activities; effectively communicating with management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain merchandising: price, stock shelves, and execute displays and inventory per weekly/seasonal plans.
• Reset departments after planogram changes (POGs) and ensure smooth operations.
