CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and performance. You will lead staff when managers are absent, ensure opening and closing procedures are completed, and uphold CVS customer service standards to promote loyalty.

Responsibilities include supervising crew, communicating with management, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining merchandise presentation.

Qualifications

• Must have deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills.
• Strong communication and supervision abilities are required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, weekends, and responding to urgent issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager or supervisor to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer questions, problems and complaints.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage weekly, promotional and seasonal displays and signage.
