Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in delivering excellent customer service and smooth store operations. The role involves supervising staff in the absence of a manager, ensuring opening/closing duties are completed, and maintaining high standards in service and store presentation.

The position offers flexible scheduling, early mornings, overnights and weekends as needed, with a competitive hourly pay range and comprehensive

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store staff when no manager is onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Communicate information effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS service culture.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves; manage weekly, promotional and seasonal displays.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs).
